Corporator Prasanna reviews development works with officials

BN Reddy Nagar: Local corporator Muddagouni Lakshmi Prasanna Rammohan Goud instructed officials on speedy completion of development works at a review meeting held at the ward office of Sachivalay Nagar on Tuesday.

The corporator enquired about the works related to parks, drainage lines, water pipe lines, water connections and Stadium. In the recent past, representatives of Residential Welfare Associations submitted a representation to the corportor on the slow movement of developmental works being undertaken in the area.

The officials from line departments also were present on for the meeting. There was a consensus on better coordination between different government departments for the speedy completion of civic works.
In the past, there have been allegations against departments on digging up roads for development works within a span of few months, leading to inconvenience to people. Deputy commissioner Mukunda Reddy, Water Works managers Prabhakar Reddy, Naga Raju, Ravinder Reddy, work inspectors Srikanth and Karunakar, LB Nagar TRS party In-charge Muddagouni Rammohan Goud were present.
