Kavya to resolve drainage water overflowing issue

Balajinagar: Local corporator Pannala Kavya Reddy took initiative to solve the drainage water overflowing on road at MIG 834 for the past 10 days near Bhuvana Vijaya Ground at KPHB Colony phase-2 on Friday.

The corporator also inspected drainage problem in LIG plots near Bathukamma Kunta Park road. GHMC officer AE Sridevi took part.

Kavya looks into drainage issues at Balajinagar

Hyderabad: Balajinagar corporator Kavya Reddy along with GHMC officer AE Sridevi on Friday inspected the drainage work at Bathukamma Kunta Park road. Also, the low-income group houses people were seen them helping along.

The official said,” We have never observed this issue at Kunta Park but when the people came to us with the problem we immediately took action and heard their request. Hope now this drainage issue would not continue further.”

Rajni, a resident said,” The drainage issue here has been there for long time and the work is not started until the colony people filed complaint to the officials. As soon as the issue went to officials they took immediate action on it. Also, because of the smell the area children were suffering more. As this is the only way from where the street people travel. Thus, I hope the work will be done soon.”
