One CCTV camera equals to 1,000 cops: Arikepudi
Local legislator Arikepudi Gandhi said that one CC Camera was equal to 1,000 police personnel at an awareness programme on ‘Nenu Saitham’ held at Madhavi Nagar Colony on Sunday.
Allwyn Colony: Local legislator Arikepudi Gandhi said that one CC Camera was equal to 1,000 police personnel at an awareness programme on ‘Nenu Saitham’ held at Madhavi Nagar Colony on Sunday.
The MLA appreciated the Colony residents for installing CCTV cameras at their premises. He said that from his part he granted Rs 1 crore under MLA fund (CDP) for the installation of CCTV cameras. In case of thefts and crimes the CCTV footage would serve as evidence and in identifying the culprits, the MLA pointed out.
He assured to solve roads, drainage and traffic problems in the Colony. Local corporator Dodla Venkatesh Goud, Kukatpally ACP Bhujanga Rao, SI Narayan Singh, former ASP Pandu Ranga Reddy, TRS leaders Erragudla Srinivas Yadav, Madhavaram Gopal, Colony president Brahmaiah, vice-president Raghava Reddy were present.
