When the MLA along with District Collector Vasam Venkateswarlu reached the venue, Congress leaders and local people questioned him on allotment of land to the substation, where the same was allotted to one Association.
Heated argument took place between TRS and Congress party cadres. Police swung into action and took the agitators in to custody. Later Babu Mohan laid foundation to the work and left the venue.
