Corporator ensures garbage removal at BN Reddy Nagar

BN Reddy Nagar: Just days after Hyderabad was awarded best city award for solid waste disposal management, the BN Reddy Nagar corporator toured the area and appealed to residents not to throw garbage on the streets.

At the NGO Colony bus stop there were heaps of garbage that was not lifted and residents too have been disposing of waste at the site. Corporator Lakshmi Prasanna Rammohan Goud appealed to colony residents not to through garbage in public places.

She advised people that the GHMC provided two bins for dry and wet waste but people have not taken it seriously. As part of Swachh Survekshan, the corporator supervised garbage removal works. She also advised the residents to take responsibility to maintain cleanliness in the colony.
