Underground drainage works in 34th ward inspected
Municipal commissioner Srinivas Reddy on Friday visited the 34th ward of the city along with the councilor Bonala Manula as part of his Ward visit programme. He enquired from the civic staff the construction of the underground drainage works in the ward.

The residents of the ward brought to the notice of the commissioner problems in the ward. The municipal commissioner breathed fire on the area sanitation staff for the piling up of garbage in a drain.
He directed the sanitary inspector Satyanarayana and Nagesh to complete the sanitation works. He asked the Assistant Engineer Mahesh to rectify the problem of obstacles in movement of the drainage water because of the uneven terrain. Divisional engineer Lakshman, assistant engineer Ranjit and others took part in the programme.
