Retibowli and Nanal Nagar has been a major point of traffic congestion in the city, to cope up with traffic issues Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) approved construction of flyover from Retibowli, Nanal Nagar extending up to Langer Houz.

In spite of road being a wide one, it is one of the busiest roads in the city as it is one of the gateways to enter the IT corridor. Traffic congestion is bumper to bumper during the peak hours and finally after a long time this problem would be resolved as the administrative sanction of Rs 175 crore was made under major road development and upgradation works.
The government after a careful examination of matter accorded the administrative sanction for the construction work of flyover and an underpass at Nanal Nagar junction. The permit will go with the calling of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) mode of tenders.
