Dilsukhnagar: ABVP state joint secretary Marri Sravan Reddy on Monday called upon the students to make success the bandh of junior colleges on June 26. He also demanded action against the colleges for collecting high fee.
The other demands include – an Act on fee control; Government colleges must provide basic facilities; Vacant lecturer posts numbering 4,000 should be filled immediately; Appointment of High Court sitting Judge to conduct an inquiry on suicides of students and anti-social activities in colleges; and OU vice-chancellor should be removed for a recent fire accident in which degrees answer sheets were damaged.
