Hyderabad: The American Telugu Association (ATA) on Monday said that the first day of the four-day celebrations, to be held from June 28, will feature the celestial wedding of Lord Rama with His Consort Goddess Sita.
ATA representative Padmaja Reddy said that processional deities of Bhadrachalam temple would be taken to the USA for celebrating the wedding with permission from Endowments Minister Indrakaran Reddy. A team of 12 students from Pranay Institute will present cultural programmes during the celebrations, she said.
