Shabaad: Water is jetting out of the Mission Bhagiradha drinking water pipeline at Gopigadda in Shabaadmandal of Ranga Reddy district on account of the pipeline burst. The water from the pipelines flooded nearby fields.
This is the second incident to take place within a span of 10 days. The pipelines are getting burst on account of poor quality of the pipes used. It may be recalled that the pipelines burst a week ago during a trial run of pumping water from Srisailam under gravity to the pumping station at Antaram. The pipes near Pamena village in Chevellamandal got burst at that time.
