Goverdhan takes ‘intiintiki TRS’ to Maqtha
As part of intiintiki TRS programme, Manne Govardhan Reddy, Khairatabad constituency party in charge, Athuluri Vijayalaxmi, Somajiguda division corporator, along with HMWSSB GM Prabhu, DGM Srinivasulu, Manager Sravanthi, GHMC AE Vijaykumar and work inspector Bhaskar visited MS Maqtha at Somajiguda
Somajiguda: As part of ‘intiintiki’ TRS programme, Manne Govardhan Reddy, Khairatabad constituency party in charge, Athuluri Vijayalaxmi, Somajiguda division corporator, along with HMWSSB GM Prabhu, DGM Srinivasulu, Manager Sravanthi, GHMC AE Vijaykumar and work inspector Bhaskar visited MS Maqtha at Somajiguda.
Goverdhan interacted with the residents. The locals brought to the notice of the visiting team, the decades-old problem of drainage and sewerage overflow, years-old stormwater lines causing frequent overflows. They urged the corporator to resolve the issues. HMWSSB and GHMC officials said they would soon prepare an estimation report for replacing the old sewerage and storm water lines with increased dia and bigger pipes to have a permanent solution. Local senior TRS leaders also participated.
