Uppal: Demanding establishment of government junior colleges, Congress party constituency in charge Bandari Lakshma Reddy staged dharna at MRO office on Friday. Though students submitted memorandums to officials on the issue, nothing materialised, he said.
Bandari lamented that tenth class passed girl students were forced to stop their education due to non-availability of colleges. He demanded legislator NVSS Prabhakar, Mayor Bonthu Rammohan to allot land and funds for the cause. Later, he submitted a memorandum to the Mandal Revenue Officer.
