Hyderabad: TDP President N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday wrote a letter to the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh asking him to break his “Classic silence,” and play a proactive role in resolving the concerns and do justice to all and restore peace and development in the state.
In his six page letter, Naidu alleged that the Prime Minister was indulging in partisan political conspiracy. He said when the people of the state were going through trauma and agony due to the decision of CWC, the Prime Minister had become a “pawn” in the Congress party’s murky politics.
He also found fault with the Prime Minister for asking the APNGOs to meet the Antony Committee. This he felt was a casual and “irresponsible” attitude. The Prime Minister, he said was treating the division of the state as an internal affair of the congress party. It is unfortunate that the agrrieved section have to go to Delhi to meet the Antony committee.
He said since it was an issue that effects crores of people, the Prime Minister should take the initiative to visit Hyderabad and build rapprochement and resolve the crisis. Naidu said apart from the indifference and inefficiency in handling the sensitive issue, he had also noticed a deliberate political conspiracy in the functioning of the Prime Minister under the direction of the leader of the Congress party.
