Hyderabad: Two Congress leaders C J Srinivas and B Sudhakar Goud on Wednesday came down heavily on TRS MLAs Harish Rao and K Taraka Ramarao for criticising Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy and the Congress party. Condemning the comments made by the two TRS leaders against Chief Minister Kiran Reddy, C J Srinivas, APCC general secretary alleged that the duo are resorting to criticism on the Congress party and the Chief Minister as part of the leadership rivalry in TRS party.
He clarified that the reason behind TRS MLAs attacking the Congress party is to gain a hold over party affairs but not the love that they have for Telangana. He questioned that how on many accounts did their party chief K Chandrasekhar Rao spoke in parliament and raised the problems of Telangana people in the house. He challenged K Chandrasekhar to release a white paper on how many times did he made his presence during parliament sessions. APCC general secretary warned that people will teach a befitting lesson to TRS. He pointed out that Telangana will be created only with the pressure exerted by Congress leaders of Telangana region but not by TRS party. MLAs K Taraka Ramarao and Harish Rao have no moral right to criticise the Chief Minister or any representative from Congress party, he said.
