Hyderabad: Minister for primary education Sake Sailajanath on Friday said the Telangana resolution will move into the state assembly; we will oppose the bill in any form. He spoke to the media after meeting the chief minister.
He said the bifurcation bill should be moved into the state assembly; No new state in Indian history has been created without moving the bill into the state assembly, he added.
He said the demand of the YSRCP to call for the special assembly session is purely political. He further said no where Chandrababu Naidu had talked about the united Andhra Pradesh in his speech. The congress party has taken a wrong decision on the state bifurcation issue, he said.
After defeating the resolution in the state assembly, we will resign and participate in the agitation, he added.
