Hyderabad: Police arrested a cyber-bully who sent vulgar messages to a girl-student. According to Sub Inspector Naresh, was harassing a girl who was studying B.Sc in a private college with him in Rajendra Nagar.
The culprit Uday kumar was fellow student of the victim was sending obscene messages. When the girl confronted him, he used indecent and nasty language and warned the girl not to tell anyone. Therefore, the girl and her family filed complaint in sultan bazaar police station. Police arrested the miscreant and investigation is on going.
