The first three trains of the allotted eleven arrived at Miyapur depot and maintenance facilities with rail systems are in place.

VB Gadgil, chief executive and MD, L&T Metro Rail Hyderabad, said, “The focus is now shifting to Miyapur. The maintenance depots are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities for the effective maintenance of rail system assets. The Uppal depot would be the mother depot while the one at Miyapur and Falaknuma have basic facilities for scheduled preventive and minor corrective maintenance.”
