Pakistan gunman kills Hindu temple guard

PESHAWAR: A policeman on duty at a Hindu temple was shot dead by unknown assailants in this restive northwestern Pakistani city on Sunday.

Constable Ghulam Mohammad was performing his routine duty at Jhanda Bazar Hindu temple when unidentified persons opened fire on him, severely injuring him. He later succumbed to his injuries.
