Suryapet: District Collector Surendra Mohan ordered officials to get ready for rendering cashless services to the public. During a meeting with Municipal Commissioners, E-District Manager, IKP, MEPMA and staff of Mee Seva on usage of debit cards and swipe machines at Collectorate on Wednesday, he asked officials to open accounts at SBI branches and apply for swipe machines.

He directed the officials to create awareness among the rural people on usage of debit card for carrying out cashless dealings.He informed that cashless business would be carried out at all major Grama Panchayats and Municipalities in the district for receiving payments of all sorts of taxes and bills.

“People can pay their bills at their homes once they get acquainted with cashless payments process,” the Collector said.District administration would like to set up Common Service Centers in all major Grama Panchayats though which public can get 150 types of services with minimum charge.

He informed that unemployed youth, who passed SSC, could apply for setting up CSCs through its website ww.register.csc.cloud.in/register/fresh.
