Vehicle thief apprehended

Khammam: The Khammam Two Town Police nabbed a person allegedly involved in bike-lifting here at Gattaiah Centre and seized two vehicles from his possession worth Rs 90,000 here in Khammam on Friday.

According to the Khammam Two Town Inspector Ch Raji Reddy, the accused was identified as Adavelli Ravi (28), son of Venkateshwarlu and a resident of Ginnaram village of Enkoor mandal.

Suspecting Ravi for not producing proper documents of the vehicle during the vehicle check at Gattaiah Centre here on Friday, the police officials inquired Ravi and after investigation they came to know that he was involved in vehicle-lifting cases and recovered two vehicles from his possession.
