Speakers at the inaugural ceremony, lauded exhibits sent to the state-level event from all the 31 districts for showcasing. The Vedika Telangana president M Adinarayana presided the inaugural ceremony.

The guests of the eventunfurled the national tricolor and the Vedika flag prior to commencing the event. Students presented various cultural events.

District Superintendent of Police Amber Kishore Jha observed children would shine their best in that particular subject to which their model belonged to. He expressed concern over the inability to identify the talent of the students of government schools. Identifying himself as the product of a government school, he said the system of mugging up lessons being practiced in corporate schools failed to bring out students’ creativity.

He called upon the rural students to scale dizzy heights on the sheer strength of their merit. It is our duty to encourage rural students to showcase their fine arts talents by providing them enough opportunities to showcase their talent to the whole world, he said.

He congratulated the Vedika for sensitising students on the scientific outlook. SCCL Director (PP) P Bhaskar Rao said the fruits of science and technology should reach all. Emphasising on having the scientific outlook, he said that development of science helps invent new food products.
