Tribal woman delivers quadruplets

In a rare incident, a tribal woman gave birth to quadruplets at a private hospital here on Wednesday. Both the mother and children are doing well. According to reports, Panda Kami (30) of Jeedipalli in Bijapur district of neighbouring Chhattisgarh attended a health camp run by a voluntary organisation in Charla mandal.
Bhadrachalam: In a rare incident, a tribal woman gave birth to quadruplets at a private hospital here on Wednesday. Both the mother and children are doing well. According to reports, Panda Kami (30) of Jeedipalli in Bijapur district of neighbouring Chhattisgarh attended a health camp run by a voluntary organisation in Charla mandal.
The medical officers there examined her and asked her husband to take her to a private hospital in Bhadrachalam. Doctors at the private hospital examined the woman and found four foetuses in her womb. Later, the doctors conducted a surgery to deliver the babies. Dr Spandana, at the hospital, said the mother and the children were doing well and were shifted to Khammam for better treatment.
