CCTV cameras will help check crime, says legislators
MLC A Krishna Reddy, Bhongir MLA P Shekar Reddy here on Friday stressed the need to install closed-circuit TV cameras in every village to check the crimes and activities of anti-social elements.
Bibinagar (Yadari-Bhongir): MLC A Krishna Reddy, Bhongir MLA P Shekar Reddy here on Friday stressed the need to install closed-circuit TV cameras in every village to check the crimes and activities of anti-social elements.
The duo inaugurated the CCTV cameras installed with the help of donors at Rayaraopet in Bibinagar mandal in the district.
Speaking on the occasion, they said no one would dare to commit crimes if the CCTV cameras are installed.
DCP Ramchandra Reddy advised the people to arrange CCTV cameras in every village. With installation of CCTV cameras in several village, the crime rate came down.
MPP Goli Praneetha, ACP Jithender Reddy, Circle Inspector of Police Srinivas Reddy, Sub-Inspector of Police Vijay Krishna, Sarpanch Narsimha Goud, vice- sarpanch Ramesh, MPTC Bala Raju and local TRS leaders were present at the programme.
