Aasara pensioners asked to link bank accounts with Aadhaar

​Nalgonda: District Rural Development Officer Anjaiah has advised the beneficiaries of Aasara pensioners to link their bank passbooks with Aadhaar and submit the photo copy of the first page of the passbook, pension book first page along with mobile number to the MPDO or Municipal Commissioner concerned through Village Secretary or Bill Collector in order to deposit the pension amounts in bank accounts. The government decided to pay the pension through banks instead of post offices from May, he said.
