Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) president Uttam Kumar Reddy on Tuesday addressed a public meeting held at Tandoor and Sangareddy where criticised Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for failing to fulfil his election promise of providing 12% reservations to Muslims despite four years of governance.

Claiming that Congress is making a revolution through ‘Praja Chaitanya Yatra’ and will form the next government, he further told that TRS will be wiped out completely from Telangana and Transport minister Mr Mahender Reddy will be defeated.

Uttam Kumar stated that Sangareddy is the favourite place for Congress as Indira Gandhi had represented Medak District in the Parliament earlier.

The Congress leader also reported that the party had provided 4% reservation to Muslims which are still in vogue but KCR has not fulfilled his promise to provide 12% reservations and the issue has not been raised by the TRS MPs so far in the parliament.

Uttam Kumar Reddy assured that once Congress comes to power, unemployed persons would be given Rs. 3000 allowance.
