According to the police, the man identified as Ramesh who hails from Koduru in Vizianagaram and was residing at Ramya Pally of Manoharabad Mandal in Medak District was working as a welder in a steel company.
After watching several videos on YouTube, he managed to manufacture an indigenous pistol and bullets.
He was arrested by the police after he opened fire with this pistol in a Tadi Compound at Tupran Village.
The accused has been taken into custody and will be produced in the Court shortly.
