A man bashed his three-year-old son’s head against an auto-rickshaw in Hyderabad. A video clip of the incident has gone viral. As per the details, the man, Shiva Goud, reportedly in an inebriated state, thrashed his son Ritwik following an argument with his wife.
It is learned that Goud was reportedly having an extra-marital affair and his wife caught on to the affair. Following this, a huge fight ensued between the couple and Goud started beating his son.
The boy received head injuries and was admitted to the hospital. Police received a call regarding a drunk man was beating his son brutally in Srinivasanagar. A police team reached the spot but Goud had already fled and is reportedly on the run.
Police have registered a Suo-motu case under IPC Section 324 (voluntarily causing hurt by dangerous weapons or means and Section 75 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.
