Municipal Administration and Urban Development Minister KT Rama Rao on Wednesday addressed an event organized in Tourism Plaza where he spoke on focusing of civic officials on urbanization.
Calling the civic services a thankless job, KTR said that the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) has the highest number of IAS officials and thanked all the officials, staff and workers for their corporation.
The Minister stated that urbanization is happening at a fast pace and cannot be stopped which thereby increases the role of municipal administration two-fold.
