Symbiosis law school assistant professor Srinivas Methuku has been suspended by the varsity administration over the charges of sexual harassment by the students.
After a complaint being filed at Internal Complaints Committee by the eight college students, the ICC has taken the action against the professor. As a part of an investigation, the ICC interacted with the students who said that the professor would cause discomfort by ogling at them.
However, the institute said that the two students levelled false allegations against the lecturer who were rusticated by the college. Meanwhile, the principal of Symbiosis law school claimed that the two students were fumed after their names surfaced on 'term not granted' list on October 22.
