Nalgonda: A body of a woman stuffed in a gunny bag has been found at Marriguda of Nalgonda district. The woman was learned to have been killed by her boyfriend Chintala Narendar Reddy.
According to Marriguda SI Manjunathareddy, the accused who is working a lab in Hyderabad duped Mamatha (23) on the promise of marriage and later decided to get rid of her after she forced him to marry her.
On November 20, Reddy took her to an isolated place and strangled her to death. He later stuffed her body in a gunny bag and threw it.
Meanwhile, Mamatha's parents lodged in a complaint at Dundigal police station about her missing daughter. Based on the victim's call history, the police tapped the phone of the accused and arrested him.
Reddy hails from Koppol village of Gurrampadu, he was already married and residing at Medchal.
