Telangana Assembly Elections 2018 : High Court directs state government to provide 4+4 security to Revanth Reddy

Staying the verdict of single bench judge which asked the centre to provide security for Revanth Reddy, the Hyderabad High Court on Friday directed the state government to provide 4+4 security along with an escort for Congress working president.

The centre had approached High Court following the verdict of single bench judge saying that the issue does not come under their limits. The HC told the government to provide security to Revanth till the end of elections in the state.

Revanth Reddy had appealed to the court to provide central security force for him alleging that he has a threat from opposition leaders.
