This is what innately drove me to conceptualising, creating and developing Pyjama Party- a fresh, fun and stylish label for Nightwear and Loungewear in India. How did you come up with the idea of it - It all started in a casual conversation I was having with my cousin one day, complaining about the fact that I couldn’t find stylish, chic Pyjama sets anywhere in Mumbai. I was looking for something young yet luxurious…something a la Victoria’s Secret.

I would always end up buying my night suits and pj’s on my trips abroad. This made me realise that there was a serious gap in the Indian market, so the dream was to create a label that offers nightwear so fun, stylish and comfy, that it can be effortlessly worn from the bed to the streets. I wanted to bring high-quality nightwear to the Indian market with the perfect combination of fashion and function. My dream got spun into reality with Pyjama Party.”

“We have been gauging the market through our Facebook and Instagram reach as well as various pop-ups and exhibitions and the response has been great. We are planning to increase our customer base with our e commerce website which should go live next month. We are also looking to further generate our reach by partnering with large-scale retailers like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc. in the near future.”
