New Delhi: The government of India lifted the ban temporarily over Tata trucks considering the context of home department requirement.


Home minister Manohar Parikar said that changes will be made in the purchase procedures. He gave the assurances to the foreign official representatives on the issue.


He even said that the government will allow the mediators for the purchases; however they will not be given percentages, profits or commissions.

The government gave the contracts to Bharath earth movers to supply the spares and separates for the truck manufacture.
