Court of Justice win-over Court of Law – Acquittal of Amma J Jayalalithaa

If we look at our mythology and epic, the journey of Dharma and path of honesty were never smooth and easy.

Because of the honesty of Harichandra only, he was subjected to severe trials and tribulations. Because of the childhood mistake of throwing a stone at Manthira and due her revenge, Lord Rama had to go to forest for long 14 years.

What was the crime of Devaki and Vasudeva to be in the prison of Kamsa, the king of Mathura? Lord Krishan chooses them to be born through and Krishan would kill Kamsa, the evil king of Mathura.

What was the sin of Nelson Mandela to be in prison for long years? He fought against apartheid regime. What was the sin of Jesus to be crucified? Jesus awaked the human consciousness against violence and atrocities then prevailed. Why Socrates was poisoned to death? He questioned ignorance the rulers.

If we look at all these leaders or kings or divine incarnations, none of them had smooth journey. Criticism, abuse, revenge, vendetta politics etc., were thrown against them. Some even sniggered and giggled at them. But still all of them accomplished their mission by surpassing all adversities.

The present government of Amma J Jayalalithaa is indeed a fully development centric, pro-poor Government.

The social reforms, welfare schemes and social security schemes etc., rolled out by the Government of Amma J Jayalalithaa are enormous.

Her mission of making Tamil Nadu, the number one state in India and to bring poor people along with rich in order to make them not to suffer from intellectual discrimination was one of the Dravidian principles.

When she wager her fight against poverty, social injustice, inequality, naturally her opponents became restless and sleepless because, in a place where ‘poor’ and ‘poverty’ are not going to exist, the scope for playing politics out of ‘poor’ would soon disappear.

That means, Amma J Jayalalithaa will remain forever as Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu just like how she has already become ‘People’s Chief Minister’ in Tamil Nadu.

Like ‘Dasha Avathars’ of Lord Vishnu (10 incarnations) to destroy the evil, her opponents re-enacted the ‘Dasha Avathar’ against her, but the only difference, it was against the virtues of Amma J Jayalalithaa. Virtues and values cannot be destroyed.

Like in Kurushektra how the large number of Kauravas lined up against 5 Pandava brothers, her opponents tried every trick in the book to destroy her politically. But her noble mission prevailed over all evils. The people of Tamil Nadu need her to make the state of Tamil Nadu very prosperous and splendid.

If Oliver Wendell Holmes were alive today, the acquittal of Amma J Jayalalithaa would have given him a chance to re-write his views the court that pronounced such wonderful judgment as ‘court of justice not court of law’.
