New Delhi: A Delhi court has allowed former TERI director R.K. Pachauri to travel abroad from June 29 - July 9 to attend the last rites of a relative.

Pachauri was questioned yesterday for the second time by Delhi Police in connection with the alleged sexual harassment case lodged against him by a research associate working in his office

On May 21, a local court had declined to allow Pachauri to enter his office while noting the slow progress in the probe against him and asked police to complete it by July 17.

An FIR was registered on February 13 against himon charges of sexual harassment under sections 354, 354(a), 354(d) (molestation) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code at Lodhi Colony Police Station.
