"Everyone can say what they want to say in a democracy but the people know who is playing to the gallery, who is doing drama politics and who is actually working in the interest of the people of Maharashtra," BJP leader Shaina NC told ANI here.
"Take 'Jalyukt Shivar', even Rajendra Singh said it is a monumental project and it's a game changer. You take 'Aaple Sarkar' where people can interact with the government. You take Right to Services which has reduced corruption. The conviction rate has gone up for fold. You take the investment which has come up to Maharashtra, which is 66,000 crores, which is only the beginning. I don't think we need to get bogged down by any commentary," she added.
Shiv Sena Chief Uddhav Thackeray on Friday fired fresh salvos at his alliance partner, the BJP in Maharashtra, while threatening to pull out of the BJP-led government.
Addressing a mass rally for the Kalyan-Dombivili elections here yesterday, Thackeray said, "I told PWD minister Eknath Shinde that he didn't need to resign from the Maharashtra Government. If they (the BJP) have become so arrogant, I will very soon ask all Sena ministers to resign from the government." (ANI)
