NASHIK: Shiv Sena will form teams in Nashik, Thane and Mumbai to launch Ram Mandir construction movement. The main team from Nashik will visit Ayodhya after Diwali.These teams will deploy people after returning to their cities for Uddhav Thackeray’s ‘Chalo Ayodhya’ campaign. During his visit to the city last week, Shiv Sena MP Sanjay Raut said that thousands of people from Nashik were keen on partnering up the Sena chief.

Similar core groups will be made in Nagpur, Pune and other cities of the state to mobilise people for the Chalo Ayodhya campaign to enhance support for the origin. “Few leaders from Mumbai along with Sanjay Raut had visited Ayodhya a few days back and stayed there for four days. We studied the situation and saw that everything was fine over there. We will not be able to say much at the moment as things are getting finalised,” said a senior Sena leader during his visit to the city on Thursday.

The core officials with his team was on a visit to Nashik to plan the core team and its visit to Ayodhya. Raut, during his visit had said that the Ayodhya movement would begin from Nashik. “The core team of Nashik will be visiting Ayodhya soon after Diwali. Nashik and Ayodhya are connected with religious sentiments as both are related to Lord Ram,” said the leader.
