Jt Collector meets beneficiaries of Kalyana Lakshmi
He warned them that action would be taken against them if they try to benefit from the scheme by submitting false documents. The Joint Collector said that several complaints of irregularities were received with regard to the implementation of the kalyana Lakshmi scheme.
Adilabad: District Joint Collector Krishna Reddy went to the houses of the beneficiaries of the Kalyana Lakshmi Scheme in the town on Thrusday and scrutinised their documents.
He warned them that action would be taken against them if they try to benefit from the scheme by submitting false documents. The Joint Collector said that several complaints of irregularities were received with regard to the implementation of the kalyana Lakshmi scheme.
He said that notices have been issued to the officials of the minority department and village revenue officers. He advised the beneficiaries to make good use of the scheme as Rs 51,000 were being sanctioned for the poor and the downtrodden who were not in a position to conduct marriages for their daughters.Revenue Inspectors Motiram and others were present on the occasion.
