Virender Sehwag completed his second century in the Indian Premier League (IPL) when he smashed a ton off 50 balls against Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2014 Qualifier 2. His innings has had 10 fours and six sixes. In 15.4 overs, Punjab are 171 for two. David Miller is batting with Sehwag.

Miller faced Ravichandran Ashwin in the 15th over and he first swept him for a four behind square and then Ashwin slid one down the leg-side and it was a four.

Sehwag’s innings has been one fo some breathtaking strokeplay. He has smashed sixes down the ground and has fearlessly taken on the bowlers.

When the spinners have come on, Sehwag has used his feet well and has carted sixes. But, his strokeplay through the off-side has also been amazing. He has played some breathtaking shots through the off-side.

Earlier, Chennai Super Kings won the toss and predictably decided to field first. Chennai have retained the same team that cruised to a seven wicket win against Mumbai Indians in the eliminator. Kings XI Punjab on the other hand have brought in their strike bowler Sandeep Sharma, who replaces Rishi Dhawan.
