The Apex Court in India on Thursday held that Gurunath Meiyappan, the son-in-law of BCCI's N Srinivasan was more than just a cricket enthusiast. The court said that Meiyappan was involved in betting.
The Supreme Court also held Rajasthan Royals owner Raj Kundra guilty of betting as the charges were proved by Justice Mudgal committee.
However, the BCCI cleared Srinivasan's name with respect to spot-fixing and cover-up allegation. The BCCI however, has been directed to form a report committee to examine these aspects.
