All that users need to do to claim their Zopper Assure is log into the Zopper mobile app and go to the warranty section under the ‘My Account’ tab. They can then register the claim by clearly mentioning the issue with the product and submit their claims. Moreover, faulty equipments are repaired at brand authorised service centres, further underlining the company’s commitment to deliver quality after-sales services.
