CM KCR bold steps gets Demi-god status in Telangana

The fans of the TRS chief have built a temple for KCR in Rajendra nagar town at Karimnagar. The students have placed the portrait of KCR inside the temple in place of the deity. This is their token of appreciation for fighting tirelessly to achieve separate statehood status for Telangana. Now, KCR enjoys a Demi-God status.

According to the political history of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, only a few leaders got such respect from the public. Among those who enjoyed hero worship, include politicians like the present AP chief minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu to some extent, the late NT Rama Rao, P V. Narasimha Rao and Dr YS Rajasekahara Reddy.

Politicians have their own characteristics that lead to either their victory or debacle. Their own strategies along with their attitude help them survive the battle.

Now, if we look at the differences and the resemblances they have, we can see some similarities between KCR and the late NTR and YSR as the Chandrababu and P V Narasimha Rao have separate characteristics. KCR during the general elections carried unrelenting rallies with sharp tongue against his rivals thrusting his words into the people of Telangana and similarly NTR and YS Rajashekhar Reddy too had done the same thing during the electoral campaigns.

Finally, KCR is mostly like himself as he envisions the future and builds ways to achieve the same by putting certain work on hold assuring something best comes out of it. However, all his ideas sometimes land him in controversies. Recently, KCR has taken a few bold steps like Independence Day celebrations at Golconda Fort, choosing Sania Mirza as the brand ambassador of Telangana, Intensive household survey to gauge the socio-economic status of the Telangana residents. Therefore, we can say KCR’s endeavors may sometimes fail or at times even work.
