On Tuesday, women residents of Sangammagutta in Malal mandal gathered flowers, arranged ‘Bathukamma’ and participated in the song and dance events, along with tribal festivities, guided by local Anganwadi workers. The tribal women said they were celebrating the festival for the first time.
