In a span of 3 Weeks, SVPCPL has to submit a master plan, concept plan, layout, interior design, drawings of key Government structures that will be set up in the Temporary capital. Sources say that the company is closely held by some TDP leaders of Khammam and Nalgonda. We all know that former Khammam MP Nama Nageswar Rao owns a major infrastructure company.

After processing the draft designs submitted by the SVPCPLAP, the Government would call for tenders for the construction of Temporary Capital. Tenders will be finalised within 3 weeks after the date of issual.
SVPCPL was set up in the year 1994 by IIT Madras graduate P Surya Prakash. It successfully accomplished the task of Virginia Students Hostel Building, West Verginia University Buildings and Citi Bank Parking Garage in United States.
