Cheque bounce case against TRS Gen Secy
A cheque bounce case was filed against TRS General Secretary, Ranga Reddy district Panjugula Rohith Reddy by Intellidecs Private Limited Company under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act on Tuesday. The company filed the case through its advocate after a cheque of Rs 34.23 lakh given to the company by Rohith had bounced when presented for collection.
Hyderabad: A cheque bounce case was filed against TRS General Secretary, Ranga Reddy district Panjugula Rohith Reddy by Intellidecs Private Limited Company under Section 138 Negotiable Instruments Act on Tuesday. The company filed the case through its advocate after a cheque of Rs 34.23 lakh given to the company by Rohith had bounced when presented for collection.
“Rohith issued the cheque bearing No 132291 dated September 25, 2014 drawn on HDFC Bank, Punjagutta Branch for the said amount along with a promissory note to the company. The cheque, when presented, was bounced due to insufficient funds,” the advocate said, adding that the company filed a criminal complaint before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate. The court was posted to June 4, for his appearance.
