Alair encounter case adjourned by week

Justice A V Sesha Sai of the High Court at Hyderabad on Thursday adjourned by another week a writ petition questioning the encounter at Alair in Nalgonda. As reported earlier, family members of the slain undertrial Viquaruddin Ahmed and four others approached the court alleging that the encounter was staged. The judge granted time for the police to file a counter in the matter.
