Decision on Sandra’s bail plea today

The Special Court for ACB cases posted its decision to Tuesday on the bail plea of TDP MLA Sandra Venkat Veeraiah. Veeraiah was the second MLA to be arrested in the ‘cash-for-vote’ case. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court posted its decision on the bail plea of Sandra to Tuesday. Earlier, the advocate of Sandra urged the court to grant bail to his client as investigation into the case was completed by the ACB.

Hyderabad: The Special Court for ACB cases posted its decision to Tuesday on the bail plea of TDP MLA Sandra Venkat Veeraiah. Veeraiah was the second MLA to be arrested in the ‘cash-for-vote’ case. After hearing the arguments of both sides, the court posted its decision on the bail plea of Sandra to Tuesday. Earlier, the advocate of Sandra urged the court to grant bail to his client as investigation into the case was completed by the ACB. This was opposed by the prosecution stating that if Sandra was bailed out, further investigation may be affected.
