TU inks pact with Chicago University. In a significant development, Telangana University has entered into an agreement with prestigious Chicago State University for student and staff exchange programmes.
Hyderabad: In a significant development, Telangana University has entered into an agreement with prestigious Chicago State University for student and staff exchange programmes.
Chicago University vice-president David Kanis and TU in-charge Vice Chancellor C Parthasarathi signed the MoU in the presence of Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao and Nizamabad MP K Kavitha at a programme held in the Chief Minister’s camp office, Begumpet, on Sunday.
This pact is applicable to Computer Science and Technical Education sectors initially and it will be extended to Pharma, Nursing and Chemical Technology disciplines in the near future. This is a boon to engineering students since they can now enrol for higher studies in this university without GRE and TOEFL tests that are mandatory for studies in US.
