Hyderabad: Home Minister Naini Narsimha Reddy felt that the State government would get good name if the police department offers better services to the people by adopting modern technology.
“Our aim is to transform Hyderabad into a global and smart city sans crime in future," he maintained.
Inaugurating a modernised police station at Musheerabad on Thursday, the Home Minister said police personnel have to live up to the expectations of people and should not invite their wrath.
They should maintain cordial relations with people and should not face problems at the police stations, he noted.
