In a major relief to several TRS leaders, the Hyderabad High Court on Monday dismissed the petitions seeking disqualification of several MLAs from different parties who have defected to the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi.
In a major relief to several TRS leaders, the Hyderabad High Court on Monday dismissed the petitions seeking disqualification of several MLAs from different parties who have defected to the ruling Telangana Rashtra Samithi.
TDP leader Errabelli Dayakar Rao and several others from the Congress and YSRCP filed petitions in court seeking disqualification of several leaders.
Errabelli sought the disqualification of Talasani Srinivasa Yadav, Teegala Krishna Reddy and Challa Dharma Reddy. After hearing the arguments from both sides, the court dismissed the petition. The court said that it cannot intervene on the issue now as the disqualification petitions are pending before the Assembly Speaker.
